• Local Storage Only: All scripts created or imported by the user, along with settings and preferences, are stored exclusively on your local device using Chrome's chrome.storage.local and chrome.storage.sync APIs.
• No Third-Party Transmission: No data is uploaded to external cloud servers, databases, third-party analytics services, or tracking networks.

3. Permissions Explanation

NovaScript requests specific permissions solely to perform its core functionality as a user script manager:

• storage: Required to save user scripts and app settings locally.
• userScripts & scripting: Required to inject and execute custom user scripts on web pages according to rules defined by the user.
• Host Permissions (<all_urls>): Required to allow user-authored scripts to run on pages specified in their match patterns. NovaScript does not monitor or inspect web activity beyond executing user scripts as explicitly instructed by the user.

4. Third-Party Sharing and Sales

NovaScript does not sell, trade, rent, or transfer user data to third parties under any circumstances. NovaScript contains no advertisements, affiliate links, or data monetization tools.
